Different problems, different domains, the same underlying job.

A marketplace that holds money in escrow. A platform that reconciles school fees across schools that must never see each other’s books. An entire skincare business taken into software. A decision system built from nothing, research infrastructure, an autonomous agent. Seven systems, and in each one the work was the same: take something that needed to exist, work out what it actually had to do, and build it.

Every entry answers the same questions in the same order — what it is, what our role was, what the problem was, which part was hard, what got built, what we decided, where it ended up, and what it demonstrates.
